1. Deposit and Balance
a deposit of 25% of the total rental is required with the booking; a receipt for the deposit will be issued.
The balance of the rental must be forwarded at least 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay
where possible.In the case of very short notice pay in full on arrival. Sorry no credit cards are accepted.
2. Electricity
is included in the price.
3. Linen & Towels
Full bed linen is provided at no extra charge as are small bath and hand towels, also
tea towels are provided
4. Laundry Facilities
As only short lets are anticipated laundry facilities have not been provided however arrangements
can be made if required. A dryer is available in our boot room and a washing line is available
5. Short Breaks
We are open to any enquiries for accommodation throughout the year; please telephone or E-mail for
availability
6 We would be prepared to collect you from Exeter station or airport as long as you are willing to pay the
fuel cost, please discuss with us.
Reservation Conditions
1. Every effort is made to ensure that all amenities advertised are available but no
liability can be accepted. for any omissions.
2. Accommodation is available from 4 pm on the first day of booking. By 10 am on the day of departure,
the accommodation must be vacated and the equipment, furniture and premises handed over in as good
a condition as they were taken over. Any damage, loss or destruction shall be made good by the
applicants who also undertake the preservation and cleanliness of the goods and premises until handed
over at the end of the booking.
3. If for any reason the booked accommodation is not available, liability shall be limited
to a full refund of the monies paid to the proprietors.
4. The proprietors shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to valuables, personal
property of any kind, motor vehicles, motor cycles,etc or personal injury or death, direct or indirect,
irrespective of how it was sustained, occasioned or caused to anyone of any age (including persons
under 18 years) who is a resident or invitee of the proprietors whether caused by or resulting from any
default, wilful act, negligence, omission, neglect or otherwise on the part of the proprietors, their servants
or agents or any residents, guests or invitees.
